Randy is a 26-year veteran in management and leadership positions in Canada and the United States for Trus Joist – A Weyerhaeuser Business, most notably as the President of Trus Joist Canada, and Sr. Vice President of North American Residential Operations, a $750 million business unit. In these roles, he was accountable for managing business growth and profitability and fine-tuned and implemented his unique personal leadership style (and techniques) that earned him; respect at all levels of the organization, intense trust and loyalty of his direct reports, and the results of exceptional performance. This respect, trust, loyalty and performance was the direct result of;
- Ensuring that a sound plan was in place to achieve the desired goals
- Identifying and recruiting the right individuals
- Properly training those individuals in the details of their technical specialties
- Transforming those individuals into a well orchestrated, results-oriented team by directing them in a highly motivated, team environment and.
- Leading by example in the areas of integrity, respect for the associate and the customer and personal life/work balance

In addition to Outstanding Salesman of the Year awards during his path to senior management, Randy received the single highest award offered in the Trus Joist / Weyerhaeuser Business, The Harold Thomas Award. This award was presented to very few individuals in the history of the company and recognized as truly exceptional EDUCATION
Earned a technical degree in Civil Engineering Technology at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology and successfully completed a 3 year sales and marketing management development program at the University of British Columbia Randy and his wife June live in Alpharetta, Georgia, a suburb of Atlanta, and have two sons, Spencer and Tyler both attending college at this time.
Bill Bean is a Professional Certified Coach and a planning specialist, beginning in Strategic Planning with International Paper Company in New York City in 1975. Bill combines 3 years of formal coaching with 3 decades of sales and management experience and has executive coaching clients in industries such as: Wood Products, Finance and Investments, Insurance, Communications, Associations and Non-profits.
